Ministry friend,

As we end another program year, we reflect on the many things The Lord allowed us the privilege to be part of.  We love what we do and we love those we serve.

For those of you who partner with us in ministry, may this Newsletter encourage you to continue serving with us in furthering the Lord's Kingdom.  If you are reading this and are not a financial partner of Still Waters, we ask that you prayerfully consider partnering with us in The Lord's work.

Thanks be to God, there are great and mighty things happening at Still Waters.  May you be blessed as your read about the works of His hands.

To God be the glory, great things He has done!

Serving Together for LIFE,
Ketra

A Heartfelt... Thank You!

We want to thank every Sponsor, Player, and Volunteer who participated in Werner National's 7th Invitational Charity Golf Tournament that benefited Still Waters.

WOW!  Did God show up?!  It blessed our hearts to see a golf course FULL of people supporting/partnering with us in ministry.  To top it off, we were beyond blessed to learn that Sponsors / Players from Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, and Washington attended.  Truly, this was an awe moment for us.

Every year, more and more get involved and we are so grateful to Werner National for their prayers, love, friendship and financial support.  They are an amazing group of Kingdom-minded people!!  We are so honored and blessed not only to know them, but to partner with them in ministry.  We continue to pray that The Lord will bless them and their business in every way!

Thank you, Sponsors, who made this year's event possible.  We have been touched in a mighty way by your generosity and support.  God bless each and every one of you!!!

As we wrapped up this program year, we celebrated two young moms who graduated from CHOSEN, our 3-year selective program for teen/young moms.  These young ladies accomplished many goals in their three years with us and have become amazing mothers to their children.

The Lord allowed us to see great and mighty things done in and through them during their time with us and we cannot wait to see where He leads them in the days / years to come.  We are so very proud of our 2014-2015 Chosen graduates:

Student Outreach

We have had an amazing year in the public schools this year. Over 3,500 students were educated on self-worth and integrity. To give you a glimpse of our experience, here are a few comments we received from School Administrators and Students:

ADMINISTRATORS

Individual students and parents have shared personal impacts from their experience with Still Waters.

Still Waters truly makes a difference and they add a component to our campus that is invaluable!

I wish that we could have Still Waters more often.

BOYS

I almost killed myself before because I blamed myself for my family death.

Don't change anything.  Keep doing what you do best.  Thank you for teaching me to man up.

Very inspiring, very emotional, makes me think about life more.

This program has really opened my eyes about so many things.

Very helpful.  Taught me how to be a man.

This really changed how I felt and thought about myself.

Awesome program.

GIRLS

I'm glad we have Still Waters because it helps me think twice and make right decisions.

Thank you for making me feel special and important.

After these programs, I feel more beautiful and more confident to be who I am.

It was amazing, encouraging, and inspiring.

Always keep this program going.

I love that you are teaching young girls like me.

You have changed me inside and out.

Thank you for making me feel confident / valuable.

I really enjoyed coming to your program.  Can't wait for next year.

As we finished the school year, we had the honor and privilege to attend Norman Junior High's Citizenship Class Ceremony for their girls.  Truly, EVERY campus in America needs a class like this.  The students gave testimony to the educators how important this class was to them; that it changed their life.  There was not a dry face in the room.

We would like to give a special shout out to Principal Jeremy Melton and Coach Lindsey Hoffmeyer for making this class possible.  It is a true honor serving alongside of y'all!

Healing Ministries

What an incredible year it has been in Walk On Water, our sexual abuse healing class.  Since February, 17 individuals have received healing from their past sexual abuse.

We have had the privilege of holding a teen Walk On Water at a local school campus this year; 2nd school year in a row.  We are now talking with another School District in starting a teen Walk On Water for their students next school year.

God has moved and continues to move in a mighty way.  It is such an honor and privilege to be part of His work!

Kaufman County's Prayer Event

We were extremely blessed and honored to partner with Honorable Erleigh Wiley (Kaufman County's Criminal District Attorney) in hosting a time of prayer for Kaufman County on the National Day of Prayer.

We met on the courthouse lawn.  Leaders from all over the County came to pray for the Church, our Nation, State and County government/leaders/citizens.  It was an added blessing to have Dr. Stuart Spitzer be one of the County leaders to lead us in prayer.

What a precious time of prayer we had.  It is a true honor to serve in a community with other fearless believers.

Dr. Stuart Spitzer, State Representative
Texas House District 4

A special thank you goes to the following for serving alongside of us during this community prayer event:

Christy Butler's 4th Grade Class
Her precious students provided & passed out bottled water.

Nancy Murphy
She graciously offered $0.21 coffee throughout the day.
