END OF YEAR NOTIFICATION FOR MEDICATION PICKUP

As the end of the school year approaches, I'd like to take this time to remind you to pick up your student's medication the last week of school (last day Thursday, June 2nd). By school policy we are required to discard/ destroy all remaining medication whether nonprescription or prescription which has not been taken home.

The school cannot store any medication for the following school year.

Seniors & Senior Parents: Reminders & Action Items

  • Take your finals &/or Turn in Exemption Form
  • Clear ALL obligations, turn in library books, turn in your textbooks
     
  • Complete your Check Out Sheet
  • Graduation tickets/parking passes are ready for pick up in Mrs. Black's office
     
  • Don't forget to order your cords on-line on LTHS website.  See your counselor if you are not sure which cord(s) that you have earned.
     
  • Have you picked up your cap/gown?  If not, see Mrs. Black
     
  • Hang up your gowns now for the wrinkles to fall out 
     
  • MANDATORY Practice on June 3rd @ 9AM
     
  • REGISTER for Project Graduation by Wednesday, June 1st
