Samsung to Occupy Space in Greater Reading
Samsung Electronics is moving into a new distribution center in Berks Park 78, creating 100 jobs for Berks County.

Samsung is leasing the majority of the 750,000-square-foot industrial facility developed by Dermody Properties and Granite Real Estate Investment Trust. 250,000 square feet remains for lease in the building. Samsung joins PetSmart Inc. and Dollar General Corp. in the 323-acre Berks Park 78.

Senior LIFE Reading Opens Facility in Exeter Township
Senior LIFE Reading, an innovative medical and supportive care facility for low-income seniors, opened its doors this month.

The Senior LIFE program is an alternative to nursing and personal care homes, funded by Medicare and Medicaid through the federal Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly. The program allows seniors to stay in their homes while receiving medical and personal care. Continue Reading >>
