This is the time of awakening my friends.  It's time to ramp it up.  You know it.  It's harder and harder to live in the old habits, the old paradigm.  Living fully in consciousness can be challenging, but it is SO very worth it!  Are you ready to take the next step? 

 Each of these 5 Intentions I will be sharing with you over the next 5 weeks are simple but not easy.  But if LIVED, not just in concept but in daily, minute-by-minute, they will truly transform your life.  So, doesn't today seem like a good day to start?

Intention 1 - Make a commitment to Gratitude

Gratitude is the foundation for Joy.  Why wait until you get that next "thing".  Start increasing your joy now by being grateful for all the blessings around you.  And here's the fun part.  As you raise your vibration through gratitude, it helps all those "things" you want to have or experience flow to you so much more easily and effortlessly!
