I recommend many different tools to my clients to support their awakening process. One of my favorites is a daily centering practice, which simply means a short 2-10 minute focused meditation, or similar process, to support you in the middle of the day in re-centering and re-anchoring yourself in Truth when stressors arise. Centering Technique 1: Opening to Support

The intent of the centering technique, Opening to Support, is to bring attention to all those effortless aspects of our experience that provide ongoing support which we take for granted, and to really feel gratitude for them. The more we build this muscle of gratitude of support about the little things all around us, the easier it is to see the support that is always available in the more difficult situations in our lives and to use those support systems to their fullest to help us through the difficult experience with more ease and grace.

I highly recommend scheduling it for the same time each day and setting an alarm to remind yourself. If you don't yet have a daily morning or evening meditation practice, this can serve as a great first step for those practices as well.
