All of us on the spiritual path have a story - the story that brought us to this place of "waking up" to who we truly are. The story, like any journey, usually has some bumps along the way. For some the journey may include a couple of stops and starts. For others, it may be a full fledged 30-year traffic jam! None the less, it is OUR journey, the one our soul consciously chose to become a more fully expanded being of light.

So the question is... which version of the story are you telling about your journey?

Is it the version that you tell over and over, the one where the themes are defeat, lament and powerlessness? Is it the story of pain, blame and judgment? OR... Is the version of the story you tell one of learning, awakening and hope? Is it the story of forgiveness, inner strength and deeper compassion?

The blessing is that the choice is always yours.
