Things not going the way you expected?

You could go the direction of the victim, lamenting the loss and determining that the world is a dangerous place that will always screw you over. OR.... You could use this as an opportunity to surrender to what is and open to what wants to be birthed through this situation.

You always have a choice.

This week, when something doesn't go quite as expected, slow down and be mindful of where your thoughts want to go related to the situation. Does your Ego want to complain and lament the situation? If so, thank it for its positive intent to help and then ask the question "What good might want to be birthed through this situation?". Let the question just be there without trying to answer it and see what comes in the next hour, next day, next week. Just stay in the realm of curiosity and see what unfolds. -Namaste, Michelle
