Dear Coach Michelle -

Stuck in an unfulfilling job

Dear Coach Michelle,

I have a great job by many standards, but it just isn't that fulfilling. Sometimes I dream of looking for a job that I am really passionate about but my boss really depends on me and I feel like if I ever left I would be totally letting her down. And I've just been there for so long. Sometimes I think it makes more sense to just stick it out until retirement. So, I put the idea of the dream job away and try to be happy where I am. But it just keeps coming back. I feel so stuck around the whole thing! Can you provide some insight?
