What signs are being provided to you by the universe to let you know it is time to slow down, go within, spend more time with your family, increase your self care, etc.?  Is your internet not working?  Do your appointments keep getting cancelled?  Do your emails keep ending up in your spam file?  Step away from your current experience and see if it is a match to your current vibration.  What is the universe trying to tell you?  You'd be amazed at how quickly it will get rectified after you finally listen to the message that is being broadcast loud and clear.

This week, try out approaching the circumstances of your life as guiding posts from the universe.  Where are you experiencing ease and flow, support and openness?  Where are you experiencing blocks, frustration, disconnection and discord?  Then ask the question "What might this universal sign post be trying to let me know that would serve me in the future?"  - Namaste, Michelle
