What is right for your soul's expansion is uniquely for you and can change over time.  It may fit a certain cultural norm or it may  not.  What matters is how it feels.  As you hone your ability to distinguish the voice of your higher self from the voice of your Ego through your emotional guidance system, you will learn to fully trust your inner guidance and to follow what is truly right for the expansion of your soul, which, ultimately, will always serve the greater good.

This week, notice any areas of your life where you are holding back from stepping into your fullest expression because of a societal story about why it is not "allowed", "ok" or any other cultural judgment.  Use the emotions guide to determine if it is your higher self (emotions above the line) or your Ego (emotions below the line) that is guiding this decision thus far.  Then sit with the question, "Who do I want to guide the decisions in my life from here forward, my Ego or my Higher Self?" and see what arises...    - Namaste, Michelle
