Honor your longings and deepest desires. In their purest form they are the guidance from our soul calling you to an integral place in your path. And never worry that they may never come. If the longing was planted, it was meant to be fulfilled in this lifetime. It may take longer than you would prefer to manifest. It may show up differently in physical form than you expected. But, it is meant to arrive. Have faith.

This week, explore an area where you have a deep longing or desire with new eyes. Look for the essence behind that desire. Why is it so important to you? What will it create for you? Then, try on the possibility that this desire, in essence, is part of your soul's plan wanting to be called into existence. And then really practice consciously letting go of how it should look when it shows up and just bathe in the feeling it will elicit. Enjoy this practice of conscious creation and stay open to the signs that will be on their way soon enough. - Namaste, Michelle

Perfect has nothing to do with practice

I had an interesting conversation with a special little girl in my life, Ella, while I was teaching her to spin wool for the first time. (Spinning wool is one of my more eclectic talents.)

Learning to spin wool is quite a task for an adult, let alone a 9 yr. old. But she was bound and determined to figure it out.
