Dear Coach Michelle - Managing a toxic work environment

Dear Coach Michelle,

I have been following you for a while and practicing all the principles you teach.  I am becoming such a conscious creator in many areas of my life.  I'm taking better care of my body and the results are showing, I'm choosing more loving, conscious people to spend time with and have aligned with more financial stability!  However, the one area where I still have challenges is my work environment.  I am a teacher and though I LOVE my work with the kids, I find many of my fellow teachers and other staff quite toxic.  They complain a lot, many smoke and eat unhealthy and as I become more conscious, it seems harder and harder to be around them.  I wasn't necessarily close to any of them before, but the gap just seems larger and it can be a bit lonely, and I feel so drained if I try to engage with them.  It's a good school overall and I love my kids and all that I teach.  I don't want to leave, but am not sure what to do with this.
