Never underestimate the power of the unique spark of light you bring to the world.

It is vital and integral to the whole.

This weekI encourage you to sit with this quote if it resonates with you.  You can bring it into meditation, journal with it or simply read it at night before bed or in the morning before heading out for the day.  How do your interactions with yourself, others and the world-at-large change when you deepen into this experience of yourself as a powerful spark of light that is vital and integral to the whole?  What if you created every day from this space? Enjoy the exploration.

 Thoughts, Tools & Stories

about Spiritual Growth

Dear Coach Michelle,

I am known for being tenacious in accomplishing my goals.  I feel like in many ways this has been a good trait for getting things done in the world, but when reading your materials about surrendering and allowing vs trying to force things to happen, I now question if that trait really is a good thing.   I do find sometimes that it causes trouble, but other times I feel like it really helps me.  How do I know when to be tenacious vs when to just let go and let god?

Sincerely,

Tenaciously Curious

Dear Tenaciously Curious,

Great question! Most naturally born or developed traits can be immensely helpful in life, tenacity most definitely being one of those.  It is only when they are out of balance that they no longer serve you in consciously creating your life the way you truly desire.
