Spiritual Nourishment
An inspirational quote to support you throughout the week
7/22/13

Start cultivating your relationship with your inner child today.  Get to know your inner child's needs, fears, hopes and desires.  Give it the unconditional love and acceptance it needs.  Provide it the assurance that you, the adult, can handle the big, scary stuff with your contingent of angelic support and that you will keep it safe and secure.  Help it see the broader perspective and remind it that you have all the tools that are needed to handle anything that shows up.  Over time, it will learn to trust you and won't feel the need to scream so loud.  Ultimately, it will be one of the most rewarding relationships of this lifetime.

Your Soul's Purpose Part 5 - Getting back on track with your Soul's Plan and Purpose

In Part 4 of the Your Soul's Plan series, we discussed what tends to pull us off track from our soul's plan and purpose.  This week I'd like to discuss how to get you back ON TRACK with your soul's plan and moving powerfully forward in all aspects your soul's purpose.  Now, there is no one "right" way to get back on track, but I can point you to the essence of what is necessary to get back on track and guide you in the steps necessary to align with the divine right way for you.

First, it is important to understand that every soul has the ability to align with everything it needs to effectively fulfill its soul's purpose for this lifetime. Whether this means being born with certain abilities (or disabilities), being able to align with certain opportunities, or needing to learn certain skills or gain certain knowledge, each soul is either provided with or can be guided to what is needed.

In addition, every soul is implanted with an inner guidance system (which includes emotions and intuition) and many support systems to help realign it with its soul's purpose and plan when ever it gets off track.
