For someone who has "Quality Time" as their primary love language, the amount of time spent is usually not as important as the quality of the time that is spent.   So in many cases, you may see your loved one all the time, have dinner together, go to parties and events together but yet still feel unloved by them if your definition of quality time is not met.  On the same vein, even if your loved ones are expressing many other love languages to show they care about you, you may still not feel their love if quality time is not made a priority.

In addition, if a loved one expresses that they just don't have time for you at that moment, it will feel much more painful to you than others who do not have quality time as their love language.

If "Quality Time" sounds and feels like your love language, then focus this week on noticing if and when your "love tank" feels empty.  If you feel like you are not getting enough "Quality Time" to feel really loved, then take some time to try out the 3 steps to filling your "love tank" -- Create an Intention, Fill Your Own Tank Up, & Communicate Your Needs -- found in Michelle's blog associated with this love language.

Your Soul's Purpose Part 1 - What does "soul purpose" mean?

For most people, like you, who are awakening to their eternal nature, there is also an awakening to a deep sense that you are here on this Earth, this time around, for a reason.  For many, however, there is a distinct gap between the sense that they have a purpose and determining what the purpose actually is and how the heck to "find it".

This gap can cause a great deal of frustration, confusion and even depression.  So, one of the ways I often support my clients through workshops and one-on-one coaching is helping them understand life purpose from the soul perspective and then assisting them in aligning with theirs.

So, for the next few weeks, I am going to do a series of blogs around both understanding what soul purpose is and how to effectively align

with yours.   In this first blog, I think it is important to take some time to make sure we are all clear about what "soul purpose" actually means.

So what does "soul purpose" mean?
