Any emotion that is pushed down or ignored is still at play in our unconsciousness and will eventually come out emotionally or physically in a larger, more uncomfortable way. So never fear your negative emotions, they are your guides to a belief that may not serve you. Instead, just commit to feeling them with consciousness (this means feeling them fully without believing them as Truth). This will allow you to use this amazing tool to its fullest in the healing and growth process.

This week, notice when you avoid feeling an emotion and in a safe space, practice feeling the emotion without believing the story attached to it. Give it permission to move through you and guide you to the belief it is attached to. See if that belief is currently serving you or if you would like to release it. Be gentle with yourself through this process and honor whatever comes up and whatever level of awareness you are able to maintain.
