Affirmations and other "truth reminders" can be used in so many different ways to support any conscious creator in moving out of the stuck energy of "what's not working" and spending more time moving towards what they DO want.

I recommend posting your most vital truth reminders and affirmations in visible locations where they can be seen regularly around your house, car, office etc. You can post some on your refrigerator, a few on the mirror in the bathroom, some on the dashboard of your car and even a few on your computer at work.

(Remember, an important component in creating affirmations that really work for you is wording them in a way that feels possible. You want to be above the line on the emotional scale when you are stating your affirmation. So you can always add a statement like "I am open to the possibility that..." or "I am willing to allow the experience of..." to the front of your affirmations or truth reminders if that helps make them feel more possible.)
