Centering Technique - Opening to Support
In order to support clients in consciously creating the life they truly desire, I encourage many different tools for building awareness, raising your vibration and challenging old beliefs that no longer serve. I find that having a daily centering practice can be immensely helpful in all of these areas. The words "centering" and "meditation" can often be used interchangeably. However, for the purpose of this blog post, I am referring to centering as short 2-10 minute focused meditations to support you in the middle of the day to recenter yourself and re-anchor you in Truth when stressors arise.
Centering Technique: Opening to Support
Purpose: Realign you with seeing and feeling the support of the universe when you feel like the world is working against you and/or are feeling like you have to "make it happen" all by yourself.
Length and Location: 2 - 10 minutes depending on the amount of time you have available. Best to close your office door, find a quiet space outside, or put on earphones with calming music if in a busy office with no way to get away from the noise.
