Surrender is NOT defeat. Surrender is a gentle fall into the arms of Source. It is a realization that there is a higher power available to support you, guide you and co-create with you. It is the awareness that you are not alone or abandoned, that you don't have to figure it out or make it happen because there is a Source of Good in the Universe orchestrating all things and that all is unfolding perfectly towards a greater good regardless of how it may seem at the present moment.

Manifestation Story - A sign from Venus to remember my worth!

This week I thought I would share this powerful story from one of my clients who is WORKING these spiritual principles! It speaks to the importance of taking ownership of our inherent worth and keeping the heart open with appropriate boundaries. In addition, it is a beautiful example of asking for guidance and the universe co-creating WITH you to provide the divine perfect answer. Very inspiring. Enjoy!

Dear Coach Michelle,

I have a pretty cool story to share that I thought you'd appreciate....as it correlates to what we were discussing on Friday in regard to me knowing my WORTH - especially with men.

As I mentioned, Jerry and I had that exchange on Wednesday night where he intentionally blew me off and texted me the next day to say he was with another girl. And I went a different direction in sending him a text that was probably not the response he was expecting: "Love & Light".

I ended up going over to a friend's house last night for a girl get-together to
