When you feel old beliefs start to creep back in, before you start believing that they are true, use them as an indicator that your vibration needs a little love. Make self-care the first priority. Get back into your daily spiritual practices and exercise. Give yourself a little extra down time. Then after your energy tank is full, recheck to see if that old belief still feels as active. Very often, it will have subsided.

This week, the next time your old fear based beliefs come back with a vengeance, start with the "Dropped Vibration Checklist". Have you gotten enough sleep?, eaten enough?, had enough "me" time or "fun" time?, have you gotten out of the habit of your spiritual practices? If you answered "no" for the 1st three and "yes" to the last one, then commit to rebalancing these first and then check in to see if that old belief has subsided.
