I have learned to not say yes unless something is an energetic match. As my previous spiritual mentor and dear friend Melissa used to say "If it's not a 'hell yes!', it's a 'hell no!'"

This week, be open to seeing the places where you are saying "yes" even though the situation is not a "hell yes" with the intention of awareness, not judgment. Is it to avoid disappointing someone? Is it because you are afraid you can't find what you really want? (Now let me be clear, a step in the right direction may not be a "perfect fit" but can vibrationally still feel like a "hell yes". So we are not looking for perfection here. Just the FEELING of an energetic match. A resounding "YES'! This FEELS right!) Are you willing to say "no" to just one thing that doesn't feel like a "hell yes"? Try it out and see how it feels to really hold out for that energetic match this one time. The universe might just surprise you.
