Remember friends, it is never done. You will always have a new desire to improve, grow, expand. So, when you are feeling frustrated with where you are and noticing that dip in your vibration, take some time to reflect back on just how far you have come. Appreciate all the ways you have grown spiritually and otherwise. Then take a moment to imagine just how much more you will grow in 6 months, 2 years, 10 years as you continue to commit to this path!

Does school ever end from the soul's perspective?
As I sat outside on a perfect 75 degree day on the beautiful Dominican University campus this weekend during a break on a much appreciated retreat with Gangaji, it struck me how peculiar it was that college/university was primarily geared towards young adults ages 18-25. Though, yes, organizations that support learning for all ages do rent out rooms on college campuses and though there are a few classes geared toward the older crowd, they really are the after thought, not the focus of the majority of universities and colleges across western societies.
From a soul perspective, the idea that learning would stop being a primary focus after such an early age is a bit ridiculous. As I often share, for the soul, there are 3 primary objectives to physical life - to create, to serve, and to grow (or learn). All are innate within us and all are meant to be explored from the day we are born to the day we die (and well beyond in our life between lives). →Read More in Michelle's blog
