In a recent development staff meeting, employees shared their most memorable Jamboree moments and favorite properties. It was gratifying to see everyone enjoying the trip down memory lane. What struck me most was the overall consensus that we take absolute pride in our work and the properties we develop. From every angle and every department - Accounting, Asset Management, Marketing, Design, Resident Services and Development - the bottom line is the pride and joy in taking our developments from start to finish, and the impact we have on the residents. We've come this far not only because of our great partnerships and generous funding, but because Jamboree is comprised of a team of people who make personal investments in our mission and truly enjoy accomplishing the company's goals.
The year 2013 will bring more memorable moments with six new developments in the pipeline and the continued expansion of Jamboree's services with the launch of our newest company - Quality Design Company, Inc.
As this year comes to a close, we hope you find time to celebrate the personal and professional goals you have achieved.
