FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE- October 15, 2014

More Flavors This Fall

Monday, November 17th

Cambridge, MA (October 15th, 2014) After ten amazing years of food, fun and philanthropy, how do you top it for year eleven? By making the 2014 Flavors of Fall the biggest and best event yet.  Sponsored by BostonChefs.com and City Square Associates, the area's longest running fall tasting extravaganza returns on Monday, November 17th with more than double the number of participating restaurants, the ever-popular VIP hour, creative cocktails, artisanal wine and beer, and lively music, all in support of Youth on Fire, a Cambridge based program founded to meet the needs of urban, homeless youth.

Thanks to new event co-sponsor, The Royal Sonesta, guests can take in the twinkling lights of Boston from the banks of the Charles while enjoying seasonally-inspired bites in the Grand Ballroom. With a bigger space comes even more of Cambridge's best restaurants including familiar favorites, Amelia's Trattoria, ArtBar, Belly, The Blue Room, dante, EVOO, Garden at the Cellar, Harvest, Park and Sandrine's, as well as newcomers like Bambara, Commonwealth, The Sinclair, The Table at Season to Taste, Temple Bar and Ten Tables. There'll be a bevy of brews on hand from Brooklyn Brewery and wine on tap (cool, right?) from Richer Pour, as The Jane Potter Trio sets the musical mood.

This year's event also brings back the VIP hour from 5:30-6:30pm. Guests will have a chance to mingle while snacking on freshly shucked oysters from Island Creek, artisanal goat cheese from Vermont Creamery and delectable bites from Bondir and La Brasa. Booze Epoque will also be on hand making sure guests' cocktail glasses are never empty; in case they need a break from all that bubbly Richer Pour will be serving.
