Happy Spring!
We have so many cool things in the works right now, but a lot of them are still in the cauldron, brewing, and we're still out gathering materials and ideas and a little bit of magic for the rest, so be ready for some new products in our next newsletter.
But don't worry, we've got plenty going on right now at the Eye. Our concert series is slated to start in just a couple of weeks. Now's your chance to come to a great venue for a house-concert style live music event. Talk about your good vibrations!
If you don't consider yourself musical, but still find yourself humming under your breath, filled with something which you can't express, definitely do check out the finding your voice workshops in our Classes Preview. There is one just for Men and one for Women.
We've updated the listing for T.Thorn Coyle's workshop so you can put down a 50% deposit to save your space, and remember, if you register before May, you'll save a bit, as well.
I'd say more, but you want to get down to what's new and then get back to enjoying this balmy spring weather.
Blessed Be, Walk in Wisdom and all that Jazz,
Jane the Scribe
Natural Wood Incense
7 wood natural incense
Incensio de Santa FeRemember the smell of a campfire with giant chunks of wood? Here's an incense which evokes the unique smell of a crackling fire in open air. They have seven varieties: alder, cedar, fir, hickory, juniper, mesquite, and pinon. Incienso does not make sticks or cones, but pressed bricks.
Natural Wood Incense for tree-huggersIncienso de Santa Fe has specialized in single-note wood scents since 1964. All of their offerings come from trees that are native to America and, in the spirit of conservation, are made from only dead or fallen trees. People say that this incense makes them remember all kinds of wonderful things...the perfume of the painted desert, a crackling campfire on a high mountain trail, the morning mist settling in a Zuni village. If you love the natural smell of fragrant woods then you will love this incense! Not sure which wood to choose? Try the Seven Scent Sampler . . .
Aura Photos & Psychic Readings
Wednesday Evenings with Bobby Sullivan
Have you gotten an Aura Photo yet? How about an in-depth psychic reading? Now every Wednesday at the Eye, you can do both with Bobby Sullivan! Nothing about his quick wit and laid back approach speaks of his unusual gifts...
Look a little closer, and you'll find that Bobby Sullivan ventured down a road that has taken him a long way from where he started. After a long career as a senior executive in the Minneapolis advertising industry, Sullivan chose a path which led him to develop the intuitive and healing abilities he possessed from an early age.
In 1998, Bobby signed up for a class taught by well-known author Echo Bodine. He says, "Meeting Echo for the first time was like seeing a long-lost friend. We quickly became close, and after a year of being her student, she asked me to work along side her as a teaching assistant."
In addition to his Psychic Readings, Bobby is known for his Aura Photos in which he interprets the auras of his clients he photographs with his Aura imaging equipment. "It is really fun for people to actually see how what is happening in their lives can show up in their Auras."

April 25th
In addition to the concert at the Eye that night, two other local organizations are sponsoring events. Crow Call, Ellie Bryan and Sister Species
in concert at Eye of Horus in the Inner Sanctum
Crow Call is Ellie Bryan and Peter Ruddy, a folk duo from south Minneapolis that combines traditional Folk/Americana genres with minor chords and subtle metal influences. On the 5-string banjo and 12-string acoustic guitar they perform dark originals that draw influences from ancient mythology and personal experiences, alongside old-time traditional songs, blurring the dichotomy of the old and the new; the traditional and the modern. Ellie Bryan
performs ancient and contemporary folk songs using the Mouth Bow, Appalachian. Mountain Dulcimer, and Banjo. Known as "the first stringed instrument", the Mouth Bow is creates a distinct and haunting sound by uniting a stick and a string to resemble a hunting bow, which is then strummed while leaning against the jaw.
Sister Species (folk) will swiftly sweep you off your feet with their sweet harmonies. Sister Species shrewdly blends both classically-trained and self-taught musicians into a swirl of fluid folk and catchy riffs, carried on the haunting, floating, and satisfyingly full harmonies of the Kastrul sisters.

Magic of Desire Weekend Intensive with T. Thorn Coyle
May 24th & 25th, (Saturday & Sunday)
Some say the shards of the cosmos were created from desire: a desire to know, a desire to feel, a desire to become something new. Some say that they divided for the sake of Love, to better know Herself. Still others say it was just time for a change.
Are you ready?
What is your soul longing for? What does your heart desire? To manifest the lives we want - lives of service, love, joy, and creativity - we must take the great risk and follow the tugging of desire. Each of us stands at the crossroads of change, large or small. The world needs us to choose our deeper purpose, to align with our divine work, and to step forward. Come, explore the power of desire. Harness this potent energy. Manifest the change you wish to be.
Opening to desire opens the whole world.
This is an experiential workshop. We will talk, sing, and explore energy techniques that open us. We will also do ritual together: and Invocation of Desire. Part of the weekend will be spent exploring these questions: what is desire? What do I love? What am I most drawn to? What do I most fear?
That within you which resists and that which is seeking are both welcome. All parts of you are welcome. Please join us.
Please Note: Space is limited. A 50% deposit is required to hold your spot. Pre-register online with credit card or Paypal or call 612-872-1292.
