If anyone would like to donate a large (20-50 pound) bag of rice there are people who will package it in smaller bags. Besides donating the food there are volunteer opportunities involving shelving, bagging, and distributing the food items. The next distribution is Thursday, April 17. The annual Philadelphia Mission Trip, on which we provide summer activities for children and youth at a Philadelphia homeless shelter, is scheduled for June 28-July 3. This trip is for rising 9^th graders through rising college freshmen. You may sign up on the clipboard in the narthex or email Rev. The Monday Book Group Discussion will be meet on April 14 at 9:30 in the Library, to discuss In the Land of Invisible Women by Qanta Ahmed. On May 19, the Book Group will be meeting at Café Montmartre in Lake Anne Plaza to discuss Shores of Knowledge: New World Discoveries and the Scientific Imagination by Joyce Appleby. All are welcome!
