Sport, entertainment leaders speak at USF lecture series

Hundreds of students, faculty and friends of the university came out to the second annual University of South Florida Sport & Entertainment Lecture Series.  The speakers included the first African-American woman billionaire, one of the most powerful sports agents in NBA history, the cofounder of Carnegie Mellon's "Dream Fulfillment Factory," and the CEO of the production company for some of the most famous entertainment experiences in the world.   • Donna Henson ('96, Finance and Accounting) joined Shinn & Company CPA Firm as its audit manager.
  • Jake Schoolfield ('07, Finance) joined the Sunshine State Bank as vice president, commercial lending officer. In his role, Schoolfield will be responsible for business development in the Tampa area.
  • Jose C. Jarquin ('13, BS in Marketing), was assigned as the Americas product manager, Cisco Solutions Group at Tech Data.
