PSAT REGISTRATION DEADLINE EXTENDED

PSAT: OCTOBER 18, 2014

Preliminary Scholastic Aptitude Test

NEW : The deadline for registration  is extended until Wednesday, October 15, 2014.

We are able to offer our eighth graders the opportunity to take the Preliminary Scholastic Aptitude Test (PSAT). The PSAT will be administered on Saturday, October 18, 2014. The PSAT measures verbal and mathematical reasoning abilities important for successful academic performance in college. It assesses the ability to reason with facts and concepts rather than the ability to recall and recite them. The PSAT places a priority on critical thinking skills. The PSAT test includes verbal, mathematical, and writing skills sections. The test is optional.  The cost is $15.00, and payable by check to Landrum Middle School.
