HOME ACCESS CENTER (HAC) HELP!

Parents that previously had a log in:

  • Usernames from last year should work; after entering it will prompt the user to change to the new password complexity guidelines.
  • SJCSD requires password complexity for all Home Access Center accounts. Parents will have to change their passwords using at least three of the four following types of characters (1) lower case, 2) upper case, 3) numeric, 4) special character).
  • If you encounter an error or have any problems with last year's username a reset is required (those are done electronically by Ms. Cervantez, LMS Computer Operator). Email at  Barbara.cervantez@stjohns.k12.fl.us
  • Any forgotten username and/or password will require a reset (done by Ms. Cervantez, LMS Computer Operator). Email at  Barbara.cervantez@stjohns.k12.fl.us

Parents New to the County and/or HAC:

  • The HAC email verification form must be submitted to the Computer Operator office (paperwork included in your students' 1st Day of School Take Home LMS Folder).
  • Ms. Cervantez will email the temporary username and password for access to the parent.
  • Using the temporary username and password will give the option to change your username to one of your choosing.
  • Change your password following the SJCSD password complexity guidelines using at least three of the four following types of characters (1) lower case, 2) upper case, 3) numeric, 4) special character).
