Dear Parents,

Please be advised that there is a threat for severe weather in the morning. We have developed a back-up plan to relocate all classes from the modulars into the building. This proactive measure will alleviate last minute arrangements that could potentially create a delay for CRCT Testing in 4th and 5th grades. (These students will report to the gym as normal during morning arrival). In addition, we will need any available volunteers on carpool duty at 7:15-7:45 for the projected increase in traffic. Traffic due to inclement weather can create delays, so please make the necessary provisions to leave home early to avoid such carpool delays. Please plan ahead, be flexible and be prepared.
