Search for New Library Director Information Sessions
The Ridgefield Library is offering all members of the community a special opportunity to participate in information sessions regarding the search for a new Library Director.

Chris Nolan, our current Library Director, has announced her retirement at the end of 2016. Plans are underway in the search for new leadership. The hiring of a new Library Director is one of the Library's most important undertakings. The Library Board has formed a Search Committee and has just engaged a specialized recruitment firm to do a national search.  We will be sharing more about these plans as they develop. We have a wonderful opportunity to attract and engage new leadership for our community.  This position is key in keeping our Library strong and continuing to grow. Because we value the insight and opinions of all members of the community, we hope that everyone will come share their thoughts with us in one of these group discussions and information-sharing sessions.

Please register for either the 1:30 - 3:00 PM session or the 3:00 - 4:30 PM session.  Please register by June 15th as space may be limited.
