Where You Go is Not Who You Will Be with Frank Bruni
Where You Go is Not Who You Will Be: How to Become a Successful Adult features Frank Bruni, a best-selling author and columnist for The New York Times. Mr. Bruni will discuss the importance of helping teens prepare themselves for the adult world by choosing a college that will best foster their inner growth and potential, rather than falling prey to the myth that Ivy League grads have a monopoly on corner offices, governors' mansions and the most prestigious academic and scientific grants.

This half-day consortium will also feature a selection of workshops for parents and teens on topics relevant to developing the skills young adults need to deal effectively with the journey to college and beyond. Copies of Where You Go is Not Who You Will Be: An Antidote to the College Admissions Mania by Frank Bruni will be available for sale and signing at the event thanks to Books on the Common.
