Our computer systems will be offline from 7:00 PM on Saturday, October 10 to noon on Sunday the 11th for a scheduled upgrade. During this time there will be no access to our circulation systems (including the My Account feature) and catalog.  Some online databases and other digital services that require a library barcode number for log-in may also be affected.  We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to improved functioning after the upgrade is complete.

Library Open Monday
The Library will be open its regular hours Saturday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Sunday 1:00 - 5:00 PM and Monday 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM over the Columbus Day weekend.  Celebrate the holiday with a trip to the Library!

We will leave Ridgefield at 8:30 AM and return by around 5:30 PM.  We will have the privilege of a special tour led by exhibit curator Carolyn Vega, plus a docent-guided peek at some of the Morgan's permanent exhibits.  A mid-day break of several hours will allow time for sightseeing, shopping and lunch at the Museum's cafe or elsewhere in the neighborhood (lunch is not included in the ticket price).

A $40 per person charge covers museum entry and round-trip transportation.  Purchase your tickets here or contact Lesley Lambton at 203-438-2282 x11013 by the end of the day on Tuesday to reserve a spot.

Main Program Room
Ridgefield Folk: The Levins
The contemporary folk duo The Levins (leVINNS) offers harmony-driven acoustic music that is warm and uplifting without skating over life's complexities. Their music connects on a universal level with a lighthearted depth and celebrates our common humanity.

"Somewhere between Jackie & Roy, Lou & Peter Berryman, and Kim & Reggie Harris lie the Levins. The songwriting is alluring, the vocals seem like one-blended, their playing and stage presence just perfect. In the pantheon of husband-wife duos, in any genre of music, run the tape and see....this duo is how it is done."   ~Vance Gilbert

Tickets are free thanks to the Friends of the Ridgefield Library and can be picked up starting at 1:00 PM on the day of the show. Doors open at 1:30 PM, and the show starts at 2:00 PM.

Patrons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Space is limited so registration is required.  Once you've attended a training session, you can reserve time to use the Makerbot.
