Check your Email Settings to Make Sure You Are Getting Library Notices
The Library recently switched its email system to a new service, and it has come to our attention that reminders, overdue notices and other circulation communications may be winding up in some people's Junk or Spam folders.  The sending address remains CirculationDesk@RidgefieldLibrary.org but some providers are treating this as suspicious since the changeover in service provider.  To make sure you are receiving your notices in a timely manner, please check your Junk folder and mark mail coming from this address as "safe."  If you discover that your notices have not been getting through properly and you accrue fines as a result, just let our staff now. Thanks for your cooperation.
One for the Books: A True Record-Setting Event!
One for the Books logoCongratulations to Mitch Ancona, of Ancona's Wines, who successfully "sabred" 35 bottles of champagne at Sunday's event - 3 more than the established world record!  Official recognition of Mitch as the world record holder is pending. Thanks to Ancona's Wines & Liquors, Ancona's Market, and Tusk & Cup for organizing this event and designating the proceeds to benefit The Ridgefield Library.
