Q - How will we train and insure the doctrinal integrity of our off-campus groups?
A - Over the years, doctrinal integrity has been maintained in on-campus groups by the way leaders and curriculum were identified. That same intent is extended to our off-campus community groups. The curriculum will be Scripture. Our desire is for groups to take verse-by-verse journeys through Scripture. As for future group leaders, they will be recommended by their current group leaders and be trained by our pastors. Thus we'll continue a consistent culture on and off campus where all groups aspire to (1) share life together, (2) seek Scripture, (3) serve others in the field, and (4) multiply disciples, groups, and leaders.
