President Message:
As the summer season starts to fade, kids and young adults are now back at school and the next sports season, football is upon us, we, at FBS are busy finishing up the third quarter of a very active year.  We continue to work diligently delivering on current backlog and recent commitments from developers, contractors, franchisor corporations and franchisees. These committed partners extend us the opportunity to serve a lead role on their projects as schedules for the last quarter of 2015 can call for work completion either before the end of the year or in more northern climates, as quickly as possible to circumvent winter season building cost premiums.

Fiscal 2015, has been exciting in many ways as a number of clients launched new or revised designs or prototype styles.  Many also increased capital building programs that include construction re-designs, updated exterior looks and upgrades addressing items such as new energy codes, finish veneer variations and more efficient and appealing layouts.

At FBS, we enjoy and welcome playing a key role in our customers growth and success.  We look forward to both a strong finish for 2015 and the opportunity to continue working with our clients providing further assistance with design evolution, development and improvement planning as we move into 2016.

Very Best Regards,

Dave Walock
