Donation of the Week
Trip for four from Miami to the Dominican Republic aboard the 704-passenger MV Adonia. Fathom is a different kind of cruise for people who want to make a difference. Onboard you'll be introduced to Dominican-inspired cuisine, get to know your fellow travelers, be trained for the varied activities waiting for you on shore, and have plenty of free time for relaxing and recharging. Onshore, your activities could include helping children practice their English language skills, making and distributing clay water filters, or pitching in at a women's cooperative that produces some of the Dominican Republic's best artisanal chocolate. You'll also have free time to explore one of the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean: Visit a local market, hike to a waterfall, or just sink your bare toes into the white sand of a tropical beach. Thank you Fathom Travel Ltd!
Last Call for Donations
If you haven't dropped off your donations yet, please do so on Monday.
Volunteer Needs
We have great items for our event, but now we need the people to pull the whole thing off. We needs LOTS of helpers: people to set up, people to record winning bids, people to bring side dishes to supplement the salmon dinner, and people to help put everything away at the end of the night. Please sign up HERE to lend a hand on the day of the auction.
Beer Brewing (date change)
Join Joel and the Salmon Bay Brewers at Gallagher's in Edmonds at 6pm next Thursday, March 17th (note date change from previously published March 15th) to brew beer for the Salmon Bay auction. The process takes about three hours-come for all or part. Interested? Email Joel. Joel will even give you a ride if you ask nicely!
Decoration Making
Join us the next two Thursdays (March 16 and 23) from 6-8pm in the Salmon Bay art room (Room 206).
Underwriters Wanted
Are you willing to write a check to help underwrite event expenses? We'd love your support. $20 toward libations for our bar, $50 to help us leverage a donation into something better ... every bit helps increase our profit at the end of the night.

Own a business? Consider becoming an auction sponsor. At the $100 sponsorship level, you get two event tickets ($50 value) plus a business card sized ad in the event catalog. Want a bigger ad? Choose the $250 sponsorship level. Sponsorship forms here.
