During the next several weeks our elementary classrooms will also take turns leading peace and justice themed songs and skits during Friday Sing.
On Wednesday, our middle school students participated in the Choral & Instrumental Music Winter Concert. Congratulations to Mark, our Music Director, and all of the students who performed!

Salmon Bay Auction is April 2nd

You will be receiving a procurement letter in mail next week. Please consider how you can use your time, talents, and connections to benefit Salmon Bay.

If you own a business, consider becoming an event sponsor. Sponsorships come with two free tickets, so you can RSVP and advertise at the same time. Simple!

Right now, we're looking for leads on the following items:
  • Husky tickets (ideally for four)
  • Golf lessons/green fees
  • Designated drivers with largish vehicles
Local businesses have been donating great items for you to bid on: we have boats and brews and birthday parties. You're bound to find something you can't live without.

FOSB Retreat
We have 7 reasons that you should join us at the FOSB Retreat on Saturday, January 30th, 10 am - 3 pm, at the Broadview Public Library.

1.  You - We are stronger when there are more voices and new voices at the table.  Everyone is invited!
2.  Door Prizes - Prizes for new attendees, bringing friends, and maybe for the person who wears the most Salmon Bay swag.
3.  Staff - Our educators attend the retreat too! It's always interesting and helpful to hear from them.
4.  Agenda - We'll be sharing the survey results (we heard from over 260 of you!), discussing fundraising priorities and making plans for the remainder of the year.
5.  Friends - Meet fellow community members, make new connections and socialize.
6.  Chores - Skip your usual Saturday errands and chores while supporting our school.
7.  Food - It's a potluck. Bring something to share, try a new dish and sample Jen's famous gluten-free brownies.

Thank you for being part of this incredible community. We hope to see you next Saturday!
