Direct Giving Update

We met our $65,000 Direct Giving goal (and then some). When we finished counting after this morning's Dollars for Doughnuts event we were at $69,495 in total contributions and employer matching funds.

This campaign has been incredible to watch from behind the scenes. We asked you to give generously and you did. We had more people than ever before contribute to the campaign and by working together raised more money in less time than ever before. Thank you for your support!

If you didn't donate yet but want to be part of the incredible things Direct Giving makes possible, you can still donate online
or drop off a check in the office.

With overwhelming gratitude for all you made possible,

Library Notes
A huge "thank you" to everyone who came out to the University Book Store, shopped online, or volunteered at last weekend's book fair. I always enjoy having an opportunity to visit with families, away from the hustle and bustle of school. Our library collection is funded through FOSB and our book fairs. We very much appreciate the community's ongoing support!

The library also benefits from the efforts of parent volunteers, especially the Thursday morning crew! Thanks to Leah Adams and Kelly Speight, hundreds of books get checked in and re-shelved every week! And thanks also to our Volunteer Coordinators, Jodi and Kristina, who are always at the ready to support the library.

I will be working in the library during Conference Week, so please feel to stop in with any questions or concerns you may have. The circulation desk will be open! And, if you're the parent or guardian of a middle school student, please stop in for any
assistance you may need with account log-ins for Schoology or The Source.

Lastly, here is a quick look at the first ten weeks of school, courtesy of some library data:
