From the Counseling Department

October 26-30 will be Career Week at Salmon Bay. As part of the week's activities, we'd like to feature Salmon Bay parents and what they do for a living. Please help us out by emailing Kristina with the following information: 1. Your name 2. Your job title 3. What that really means (what do you do?) 4. Your favorite part of your job.
We'd also like to highlight Salmon Bay business owners and the "be your own boss" option. If you own a business, please email Kristina: 1. Your name 2. Your business name and logo 3. What your business does 4. The best part of being your own boss 5. The hardest part of being your own boss October 27th is Mix it Up at Lunch Day. Students will be encouraged to sit with students they don't normally sit with. Mix it up is a national campaign launched by Teaching Tolerance to encourage students to identify, question and cross social boundaries.
The counseling department needs a point-and-shoot digital camera to use for our Roots of Empathy program and other counseling activities. If you have one you are no longer using and are willing to donate, please email Gail.

Kindergarten $125
First Grade $180
Second Grade $180
Third Grade $270
Fourth Grade $300
Fifth Grade $400
All elementary families will receive an email with details regarding fee amounts and payment options on Monday. Watch your inbox! Enrichment fees are due October 30th. Questions? Please contact Jodi.
