Winter Holiday Festivities in the T.I Program!

There is always a flurry of activity taking place in the Therapeutic Integration program, especially around the holidays.
Throughout the month of December, individuals in the program made gingerbread houses, created Christmas tree ornaments, and even decorated doors for our Holiday Door Decorating Contest!!

Starting in January aquatic recreation will be offered in the T.I program!
Parents please contact Robin Brooks for all the details!!

Please contact Robin Brooks at 410-485-7555 or

Finding That Holiday Joy in the Adult Day Program!
The individuals in the Adult Day Program decided to start the new year off not with resolutions but with plans.
Pulling on skills developed throughout the year, they were able to set long term goals and identify short term goals to reach achievement.
The common theme with the goals was to develop a better self, one day at a time.

In December Aquatic Recreation was added as a service offered in the Adult Day Program, and individuals enjoyed hours of aquatic water fun.
If interested in participating contact Ronda Cox for more details!

Holiday Fun With Our Onsite Youth Groups!

Brighter, Stronger Foundation helped the youth identify ways in which they could  appropriately deal with feelings of sadness or anxiety and find that holiday spirit!!
During the onsite groups the youth participated in gingerbread man decorating, designing Christmas stockings, and making holiday cards for loved ones.

Deck the Halls!!
Brighter, Stronger Foundation has been in the holiday spirit for several weeks now as staff and clients showed their creative sides through holiday door decorating.  Each door represented what the holiday means to each creator.  Once all the doors were decorated, individuals in the Therapeutic Integration Program voted on their favorite door!
We are happy to announce the winners for 2013!!!

With such great work it was hard for our voters to select just 1 winner for the Administrator's Door Decorating Contest.  Congratulations are in order to
Ms. Wanda, Ms. Felicia, and  Ms. Danyelle for their "Frosty the Snowman"door and Ms. Christine for her "Ginger Bread House" !!

All of the staff and clients in the Therapeutic Integration Program worked tirelessly on their doors!  In keeping with the holiday spirit, it was voted that all 3 of their doors be selected!!  Congratulations!!

Can't wait to see what the next holiday has in store!!
