LIBRARIES PROVIDES INSTRUCTION TO OVER 3,000 FRESHMAN STUDENTS THROUGH ENGLISH 101 CLASSES

Over 3,000 students attended the Libraries' instructional sessions for freshman students enrolled in English 101 classes over the past several weeks. In total, 160 sessions were held and students were taught fundamental research skills and to effectively use library resources to locate scholarly information. More >>>

KATHLEEN TURNER, Outreach and Liaison Librarian and Evening Supervisor, won second place at the Medical Library Association's Quad Meeting in Baltimore for her paper titled, "Making Connections through Outreach: Lessons Learned and Future Directions," which was co-authored with Pru Dalrymple, Ph.D., The School of Information Science and Technology.
In November 2012, JOE SCHAFFNER joined Drexel University Libraries' staff as an evening & weekend reference librarian. More >>>
