Service Desk - Mark Maness, Service Manager
As Service Manager, I field phone inquiries about RV issues every day. Many callers ask me to diagnose their problems and offer solutions on the telephone. I do my best to help but, without being able to physically examine the RV, my chances of solving the issue are very small.
When a problem arises with your LP gas or electrical system, I really have to see the RV to make a proper diagosis and offer the correct solution. These are potentially dangerous systems if the wrong fix is applied.

Part s Desk - David Sanders, Parts Manager
LED replacement bulbs are becoming more popular than ever with RVers. Why? Because they throw off more light at a lower amperage.
We carry a broad selection in the store. You can also find them in our online catalog here. We also have a display on the Parts Counter with an Ammeter that illustrates this difference. Come on down and check it out.
On average it would take take ten (10) LED bulbs to equal the amp draw of just one (1) traditional incandescent 12 volt bulb. Meanwhile, each single LED throws off more light than a traditional bulb.
Yes, the LED bulb cost more but, think about how the lower amp draw can make a difference in battery life, especially when dry camping. When hooked up to an electrical source, the lower amp draw may allow you to run more appliances without tripping breakers! |
Sales Desk - Ritchie Gillam, Sales Manager
From my perspective the economy must be improving. The improvement may be very slow like the slow movement of the Earth's crust, but it's moving.
Why do I say this? Because we just finished the Ocala RV show and our results were the best in recent memory.
The show had its best attendance in years and we sold four RVs on the spot! As I write this we have sold 13 additional RVs as a direct result of that show. For our dealership 17 sold and delivered RVs is a very good month.
So, what does that mean for you? It means that we are ordering many more RVs so you will have a wide selection when you visit us.
Come on down, pour yourself a cup of coffee and have a look around. |
