2015 Health Insurance Reminder

New ID cards will be sent to the Blue Cross Medicare Advantage PPO enrollees....

The Blue Cross Medicare Advantage PPO plan has replaced the Blue Cross Medicare Supplement plan effective January 1, 2015.

New ID Cards on their Way....

Blue Cross will begin mailing new ID cards on December 19 - watch your mail for your card. You will need to provide your new card to your medical providers beginning January 1, 2015. Post-enrollment kits will arrive soon after the ID cards, and will include additional plan information.

Coverage Continues...

All doctors and medical providers who accept Medicare are covered under the Blue Cross Medicare Advantage PPO.

Coverage Explanation

Click here to download a letter you can provide to your doctor and medical providers, explaining coverage and payment under this plan. This letter assures medical providers that as long as they accept Medicare, the reimbursement level is the same whether they are in or out of network.
