The Financial Stability Board, led by Bank of England Governor Mark Carney, is set to make public its final "total loss-absorbing capacity," or TLAC, rules for systemically important banks around the world. Carney will also present the FSB's first annual report on the implementation and effects of the G20 financial regulatory reforms, and the FSB's annual resolution progress report. FSB briefing is ahead of Nov. 15/16 summit of G20 leaders in Turkey's Antalya.
