House Financial Services Committee Chairman Jeb Hensarling, a Texas Republican, and former Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation Chair Sheila Bair, who led the FDIC during the credit crisis, will examine whether the Dodd-Frank Act does enough to protect the financial system or whether more changes are needed.
