Working Cow Homemade ready for expansion and recognized by the
"Thank you for Doing Business in Pinellas" Award
PINELLAS COUNTY, FL (May 23, 2016) - Tim Pappas, President of Working Cow Homemade, and Livi Blanco, Assistant Vice President, accepted the "Thank You for Doing Business in Pinellas" recognition award on May 10th from the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners. Working Cow Homemade has been in the business of making super premium ice cream since 1993, and is looking toward continued expansion in Pinellas County.
"I'd like to thank Pinellas County for this honor," said Tim Pappas, President of Working Cow Homemade. "We've found great support here for over 20 years from our wholesale and retail customers, as well as the business community. We're looking forward to growing our business in Pinellas."

Working Cow Homemade is a Florida-based, family-owned company that hand blends more than
100 flavors, creating gourmet ice cream, frozen yogurt, sugar-free ice cream, sherbet and Italian ice. The company's business model for the last twenty years has been wholesale distribution to ice cream parlors, restaurants and home delivery via their website www.workingcowhomemade.com.
Working Cow Homemade products are found throughout Pinellas County at locations like the Kooky Coconut, Marlin Darlin Grill, Pier 60, Heilman's Beachcomber, Salt Rock Grill, Super Scoops and Twisty Treat.
Working Cow Homemade proudly makes ice cream locally in Florida using Florida dairies and ingredients grown here in Florida, whenever possible. The dairy used in their products contains no hormones or high fructose corn syrup. Working Cow is one of the few remaining companies in the United States that still utilizes batch freezers. This process is what make Working Cow so smooth and delicious with an old-fashioned homemade taste.
