Export Sales Mission to Costa Rica
The Tampa Bay Export Alliance will lead an Export Sales Mission to Costa Rica from April 12 - 15, 2016.  The U.S. accounts for 40% of Costa Rica's total imports, and Costa Rica is ranked as the 6th largest trading partner for Florida. Port Tampa Bay has direct container shipping connections to Costa Rica provided by Seatrade/Altamar Shipping. Feb. 24-26: FHTC Career Expo 2016

In its third year, the Florida High Tech Corridor Career Expo 2016 will bring together local businesses and career professionals from top universities to help fill the local talent pipeline. The three-day event includes cocktail receptions, keynote speakers and business leaders meeting with university career center professionals to discuss hiring needs and attracting top graduates with high tech degrees. Feb. 17: Complying with U.S. Export Controls

This program will cover the information exporters need to know to comply with U.S. export control requirements on commercial goods. The cost is $395, and the course will be held at the USF Center for Advanced Medical Learning and Simulation at 124 Franklin Street, Tampa, FL 33612. BayCare HQ to be Completed This Year
Creative Contractors Inc. is currently constructing Phase II of the BayCare Health System's corporate headquarters in Clearwater. The 147,000 sq. ft. office building was designed by Gresham, Smith & Partners, Tampa. The building is a "mirror image" and continuation of the Phase I building. Feb. 24: USF St. Petersburg Job and Internship Fair
Local employers: recruit USFSP and other USF system students and alumni for internships and full-time and part-time employment opportunities.
