Lauren Kieffer continues her winning ways by taking the CCI2* in Ocala on Team Rebecca's Veronica. Last-minute preparations are underway for the Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event.  PRO riders Phillip Dutton, Hawley Bennett-Awad, Boyd Martin and Will Coleman will be going to the UK Kentucky Children's Hospital on Tuesday. I know everyone who took part last year felt that they received much more than they gave to this very special group of kids.

Don't miss this week's episode of The Eventing Radio Show with Part II in the Triple Crown Nutrition Junior and Mentor Series. Samantha Clark talks to Rolex-bound Emily Renfroe and longtime coach and mentor Kyle Carter, and Jess Montgomery gives us all the news from the Belton Horse Trials in the UK.

The SSG "Go Low For The Dough" promotion will run at Rolex this year. $5,000 in SSG Contingency Bonus Award Money will be available to be won per phase for a rider wearing one of the five designated models of SSG Gloves (Digital, Eventer, Technical, Hybrid and All-Weather) who meet the established criteria.*

In addition, the overall winner of the Rolex Three-Day Event will win $10,000 in SSG Bonus Award Money if they have used the designated SSG Gloves in each phase of the competition. Gloves will be available at the Bit of Britain tent for all competitors.

* SSG "Go Low For The Dough" Contingency Bonus Award Criteria:

  • Dressage: Winner is the overall leader after Day Two, contingent upon wearing one of the designated SSG Gloves;
  • Cross-Country: Winner is the rider who has no jump penalties and closest to the optimum time, contingent upon wearing one of the designated SSG Gloves;
  • Show Jumping: Winner is the rider who has no jump penalties and is closest to the time allowed, contingent upon wearing one of the designated SSG Gloves.
