Neighbors and Police Celebrate National Night Out
This past Tuesday, Councilmembers, Oakley Police Department/City Staff attended neighborhood events throughout the community in an effort to build upon the existing strong police-community partnership that is so essential to preserving Oakley as the safe City it is. The Magnolia Park II, Eagle City Mobile Park, Magnolia Park I, Golden Oak & Silver Oak Apartments, and Emerson Ranch neighborhoods organized themselves to host events that build neighborhood camaraderie over treats and fun. We thank the residents who organized the events, as well as those who attended. The relationships built are what characterize Oakley as being a welcoming community, with no tolerance for crime.
